Subscriptions

In order to improve your experience, if billing fails for an active subscription we will allow you to continue to access the website for a limited time. We will attempt to rebill your card until your subscription is cancelled. In order to prevent automated billing, you must cancel your subscription.
If we allow you access after your subscription payment fails, and you continue to use the website to produce content, you are responsible for usage fees for producing that content. This is considered exceeding allowed account allowance. If your subscription is cancelled after exceeding account allowance based on your subscription level, you are responsible for fees for generated content. If your payment method cannot be charged we may issue an invoice for outstanding usage fees. We reserve the right to collect those fees as a debt. If you exceed allowed content limits you agree that we may bill and collect this debt for services.
Refunds will not be offered for cancelled subscriptions.
Transferability
Purchases or website accounts may not be transferred or sold to another party for any reason without the express written permission of authorized representatives of [site:name]. Purchases are only valid for the account under which they were purchased.
AI Errors
AI-generated content may contain errors or unexpected output. This should be expected and is accounted for in the total posting limits for each subscription level.
Credits may be provided for content which has not been provided, or was incorrect as the result of a website system error. Sometimes our providers experience system errors, and credits will not be provided if the issue results from an AI provider error. This is not a guarantee and will be provided at the sole discretion of an authorized representative of [site:name].
No credit will be provided for content which is incorrect, not as requested, or otherwise does not meet the user's desires or needs.
Website Errors and Maintenance
The website may experience an error which limits or prevents access to AI models. The website may undergo routine maintenance and updates which prevent or limit access to AI models and the website itself. We take great effort to resolve any website errors, and complete maintenance as quickly as possible. It's not always possible to prevent website errors in maintenance, and sometimes these issues take time to resolve.
AI Availability
Not all ai models may be available at all times. On our AI providers, and website status, availability may change. You should expect occasional downtime and lack of availability of some ai models. We offer a wide selection of ai models to improve availability in case one of our providers is experiencing an issue.
Refunds
Our providers bill us for various services, which does not allow us the ability to grant refunds. If you are experiencing an issue please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue in a way that satisfies your needs! It is our goal to provide the best service and website possible.
We do not provide refunds or extensions of service based on website errors or maintenance AI availability, or other similar factors. Since our services are usage based, and our providers bill us for your usage, we are unable to provide refunds in most circumstances. Ai is new technology and errors should be expected. We make great effort to allow as much content creation as possible at each subscription level.
Image creation which experiences an error and never generates an image will not count against your allowance. Text which experience is an error during content generation maybe regenerated at no additional cost by editing and resaving the content.
Interruption of Service
Sometimes our service may be interrupted for various reasons including downtime, maintenance, and factors in or out of our control. No refunds, credits, or subscription extensions will be provided for interruptions of service.
Violation of Terms or the Law
If the user account violates the terms of service or the law, and it is determined that the account will be suspended, cancelled, or otherwise experience an interruption of service, no refunds, credits, or subscription extensions will be provided.
Right to cancel or refuse service
We reserve the right to cancel refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all. We may or may not provide a reason for refusal of service.
If service is refused for a reason other than violation of the terms of service or the law, an appropriate refund amount may be provided at the sole discretion of the authorized representative of [site:name], depending on the circumstances and context for refusal.
